I recently had an issue concerning my winter tires on my RDX, and I approached the Silverhill Acura service & parts team to ask for their help to solve the issue. Based on my experience with other dealerships in the past, I will admit that I was somewhat apprehensive in terms of reaching a satisfactory solution to my problem. My apprehension was immediately put to rest when the Silverhill service and parts team, lead by Ernie Bruno, immediately assessed the situation and determined a course of action. Bottom line: I was delighted by their positive attitude, their empathy for my issue, and their decisive action. I can't say enough about the level of service and professionalism that the Silverhill team provides for their customers. They get it. I felt that I was in good hands from the start, and I would not hesitate to recommend Silverhill Acura for their excellent work and, importantly, their friendliness. Thank you, Ernie and the Silverhill team! I will be back!

This dealership jeopardized the safety of my wife because they did not want to replace a tire under warranty. One of our new tires received a shoulder injury while the vehicle was still under warranty. We took the vehicle to the dealership for service and they claimed to have repaired the injury. Now, when I am having my winter tires swapped I find that we have a tire with an injury in an entirely different location that was repaired with a rope plug. I am a certified tire technician and none of these events should have taken place. A tire with a shoulder injury should not be repaired. A tire should never be repaired with a rope plug. Rather than honour the warranty on their vehicle, this dealership chose to install an unsafe tire on my wife's vehicle. Be very wary of using any service at this dealership.

Regretfully, I own a 2016 Acura MDX. The car's Smart unit has been having problems since June 2023 and has to be replaced. The car is parked at silver hills Acura. There is no ETA and a backorder for the smart unit. I was given five seat loaner from Acura against the seven seat MDX. For a large family like mine , this is really challenging. It has been six months now and I don’t have patience anymore. I request Acura to buyback the car and give me fair market value. I was informed that a case manager will be assigned to my case in five to ten business days. It is already 20 days and I have not heard anything about it. I made numerous calls and wrote numerous emails, but they were all either completely disregarded or not given much thought. I'm really disappointed and frustrated. I could never have imagined any business offering such negligent customer service. I forget how many days it is and run out of things to say. I beg Acura to pardon me for making the worst decision in my life—buying an Acura vehicle. I assure that I won't make the same error again. Kindly take your car back and give me money back. This situation is adversely affecting my mental health.

Amazing experience purchasing with Silverhill Acura! I found it to be a pleasant experience throughout the entire process, they new car purchasing process simple. Sales team and product team are very knowledgeable, transparent and very attentive however no pressure throughout the sales process. All in all a great dealership to work with, highly recommended. Plus they have a great line up of cars. Big shout out to Ian and Andy for helping me out.

I purchased a 2021 Acura RDX A-spec from Silverhill. I also purchased an additional door ding insurance policy. My wife brought it in for service and asked to get door dings repaired. They done the service and took photos of the door dings and said that they need to be submitted to Honda Canada for approval. After waiting for over a month I called to ask the status of the door dings repairs. I left multiple voice messages over several days and never got a return call. When I did finally get someone on the phone,the service representative said they would look into it and call me back. Waited another 2 weeks and then called back and asked to speak to the service manager. I was told that she would call me back. This happened multiple times that I called and asked to speak to her. I then took the time to go to the dealership and speak to her. She told me that the advisor that my wife dealt with many months ago no longer worked there and that the photos they took were gone for some reason. I took photos and sent them to the service manager. (Maybe my photos weren't the best.) After waiting a substantial amount of time, I contacted the General manager. He was very prompt in returning my call and took my concerns seriously. He was also very pleasant to deal with. The next day, I got a call from the service manager and she told me that she had emailed me and that I must have overlooked or deleted her email. I asked her to resend the original email and got an email from the same day that she called me. I am very certain that the email was never sent. The email stated that Honda Canada had only approved repair of some of the dings. At this point I was just tired of this debate and looked at this as a brand shortcoming. Disgruntled, I never went back to Silverhill Acura. Fast forward to this week..... I took the car to Northwest Acura for servicing and asked them to assess the door dings which I have purchased insurance for. I had no expectations and fully expected to get the "we've sent photos to Honda Canada." Run around. They sent me a video of what servicing they were doing and then I got a text explaining that they are working on the door dings now! I picked up the car at the end of the same day. Fully serviced, washed and all of the door dings removed! No sending photos to Honda Canada, no run around and no chasing people and bickering! Sorry Silverhill Acura, you dropped the ball and Northwest Acura grabbed it in stellar fashion and ran all over you for a touch down. You've lost me as a customer and almost lost Acura as a brand for my household were it not for the other Acura dealer in Calgary.
